The ancient and time-honored practice of restorative justice circles helps build and maintain a healthy community where the adults use the practices to develop and maintain good relations among one another and in embracing restorative justice practices at each Tier of the Tiered System of Support all school members, youth and adult-alike feel connected and respected.  Participants will learn, deepen and/or hone their understanding of and skills in restorative justice practice in a mixed experiential and didactic day-long workshop.

Participants will...

• Understand the key values, concepts, and practices to Circle and Restorative Justice practices
• Experience Circle process
• Share with intra-school colleagues first experiences of embarking on restorative justice implementation
• Understand organizational change and its relationship to implementing school-wide restorative justice
• Use a restorative justice talking circles to brainstorm viable points of entry in your existing school culture

A detailed agenda for the day will be sent one week before the event to all those who are registered to attend.
